If you had a lemonade stand or mowed lawns around the neighborhood or did any other odd jobs when you were a kid then you already have entrepreneurial tendencies and building your online affiliate marketing empire will be a breeze.
Many of us have that one crucial step to overcome – changing our mindset from a wage earner to a business owner. You have watched your boss struggle to make payroll, cover the rent, look for new business, etc. and it was just too much, and you thought “I can never do that.”
But the fact that you are reading this tells me that you have entrepreneurial tendencies and you simply need to renew your mind so that you transform your future.
Think about it, most wage earners aren’t looking for ways to make money online today. Many are simply trying to find a way to increase their paycheck, perhaps by working overtime or performing better hoping for a $20 a week raise. But that’s not you!!
The fact that you are reading this tells me you want something better for yourself, for your family and for your future.
I am making progress but it is not an easy transition. I have tried several things over the past few years with limited success.
This time I am going all in, investing in training programs and learning from experts who have already gone before. I have overcome myself and realize that I didn’t have all the answers. Sure, I prayed about it, asking God to bless my plan. He has to have such a sense of humor to put up with us!
So if you are at the point in your life where you are ready to dive in deeper, I welcome you to join me on my journey and we can learn together, grow together, and look back one day and say, “What a ride!! I am so glad I took the chance!”
Just a word of caution for those of us moving from wage earner to business owner. Don’t jump off the cliff without a net, Start slowly, keep your day job, take time to get familiar with the new lifestyle. I have set a goal of making the move over a five year period. Perhaps it will be sooner, perhaps longer. And I have set milestones during that time: the first sale – the first $1,000 – the first $5,000 – the first $1,000 per month – the first $5,000 per month. As I grow I know my mind will continue to be renewed and when the time is right, perhaps in 3 years or 8 years, I know I can make that change without harming my family or my finances.
